Shaping the North’s future

Brazier Motti was pleased to take part in the recent Townsville Outlook 2026 Property Council of Australia event. The event shed light on Townsville’s promising economic future, underpinned by a resilient, diverse economy. A clear message emerged throughout the discussions – Townsville is open for business.

In the keynote address, Townsville’s newly elected Mayor highlighted a focus on CBD renewal, driven by attracting high density residential development to the precinct. As part of the event, Brazier Motti Director and Senior Town Planner Stephen Motti joined a panel of local business leaders and stakeholders to discuss how to reinvigorate the city and attract investment.
