Long-term BM employees – Pieter Conradie, Anne Zareh, Mathew Motti, and Kylie Berry-Porter – have taken up the opportunity to be part of our leadership team. They bring a wealth of local experience across town planning, surveying, and other disciplines. Their strong understanding of our region and our clients’ needs will ensure we continue to support the growth of North Queensland and Northern Australia into the future.

Meet Brazier Motti’s newest Cairns Partners
Brazier Motti is proud to welcome our newest shareholders – Michael Tessaro and Dave Roulett.
Michael and Dave have both been part of our Cairns team for more than eight years – Michael as a Town Planner and Dave as a Surveyor. During this time they’ve built strong relationships across Far North Queensland through their trusted town planning and surveying expertise. Their appointment as shareholders reflects their leadership and capability. It also recognises their deep understanding of Far North Queensland’s unique opportunities and challenges.
As our Cairns office continues to grow, we’re excited to see Michael and Dave help lead Brazier Motti’s next chapter in Far North Queensland.
